The second half of the album holds a lot of surprises.
Gives Rock And Roll and great chills at the same time.
Ending with the song 'Kindred Friend' looks like a statement for me for all the fans and quality live music listeners that says The Black Crowes will always be a Kindred Friend for all, for everybody.
No disappointment, rather much fun and a lil' bit of heartache as always. :)

There is always something about Mötley Crüe, but it is NOT about Mötley Crüe right now. Those fans and external ears who paid close attention to Mr. Mick Mars' especially unique and undefinable, yet very very loud, aggressive, charming and instantly noticeable guitar playing always knew there is so much more in a gentleman now 72-year-old than any of your favorite big time guitar hero. Mick Mars is simply different. A genius being very different than any other genius on the planet right now. And we all love him, right? ;)
Guess, all you Mötley Crüe Fans (including me) heard about this whole world kinda shakin' punch to the floor ending with a lawsuit. Hope you do not mind if I stick to my bones and strictly stay on the side of the perspective of the music. As AllPopRock.com thinks this time the same superior hard rockin' Swedish band did show somehow their same, although another side also of their beautifully mixed world of high quality MUSIC!!!!!!!!
Needed about three of four listen from start to finish, then the 38-39 minutes album / record kicked-in like lightnin' and hurricane hit at the same time. Beautiful highs and lows, crazy dynamics, lyrics full on fire, guitar solos on the maximum musical and technical levels, drums and bass give the power like no other band on planet Earth!
With the new Guns N' Roses song entitled Hard Skool Axl Rose, Slash, Duff McKagan and their respected co. shakes the world again from quite various perspectives which is kinda really Guns N' Roses!
Musically speakin' the song is a mix of the Appetite For Destruction and Use Your Illusion era, well at least accordin' to me. The sound is classic GNR, the musical changes are brilliant, the whole song rolls so simple yet so complex, it's so easy, yet so concentrated that I think (as millions of other fans) it's kinda controversial in a Guns N' Roses way.
As I'm listening to the sound of the track I do slightly missing just a little bit of a modern touch, but hey, who am I to decide over Axl, Slash, Duff and their more than precious company who played sold out stadiums all around the world since about 1989, while I'm just here in front of a digital piece of $#@#$ doin' my thing?!?! :)

BILLY IDOL at the age of 65 just can't go wrong. THE ROADSIDE EP is just a perfect, timeless release with four superb tracks. From beautiful depression to hard party the diversity of each song is simply amazing. The experience of about sixteen minutes of pure joy just worth every penny spent on it.

1. Rita Hayworth: on one hand, speaking musically, this is an ultimate party song, on the other hand listening closely to the lyrics there is a much deeper side of the story.
2. Bitter Taste: 'There's a million ways to die....'. Being already a hit single on various platforms I would call the combination of the music and the video pure art.
3. U Don't Have To Kiss Me Like That: an ultimate teenage girl's dream party song from a real rocker's perspective. Simply amazingly awesome.
4. Baby Put Your Clothes Back On: a gentleman's definite love song, which shows how emotions between a woman and a man can cause so deep pain and confusion....
